Salmon and Zucchini Pasta Bake

I'm not sure what to call this.
It's not my own original recipe, I made it off inspiration from this blog post.
Whatever.
A meal this good doesn't need a name.

Ingredients:
8 oz farfalle pasta, cooked, drained
3 small zucchinis (each approx 5-6 in long), sliced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup diced onion
2-3 cloves minced garlic
10 oz fresh wild caught salmon
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 package Knorr white sauce, prepared per instructions
salt and pepper to taste


Boil 1/2 box of farfalle bowtie pasta, drain
Saute 3 smallish zucchinis with a Tbsp of olive oil, a 1/2 cup chopped onion, at least 2 cloves of garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 10oz wild salmon in a large skillet and flake when done.

In your baking dish, layer pasta, zucchini, salmon, then a 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup feta.

Repeat layers but before you sprinkle on the cheese, pour Knorr white sauce on top. Then sprinkle cheeses.

Bake in a pre-heated 375* oven for 20 min or until browned and bubbly.

Dig in and your friends will be happy they stopped by.
